HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT? 

If you are in Austin, TX we can arrange for you to pick up your product usually within 24 hours. 

If we are shipping your product, in stock products get shipped out within 5 days and it usually takes 2-5 days in transit time once shipped. We ship Monday through Friday. We ship via UPS and for any pepper spray orders they must go ground only, airmail is not allowed per UPS and Federal regulations. Shipping costs and options are listed in your cart when you check out. If you need your order quickly, please text us at 512-522-4306 and we will do our best to pack and ship your order as soon as possible but pepper spray can only go via ground transportation so no overnight or next day shipping is possible. 

DO YOU HAVE MORE OF A PARTICULAR PRODUCT I SAW ON YOUR SITE?

While many of our products are unique, one of a kind items, please feel free to email us with a photo of the item you are interested in and if possible we will recreate it or something similar for you.

CAN I CHANGE ITEMS/PARTS OF A PRODUCT TO A DIFFERENT ITEM OR COLOR?

Products are sold as shown and we can not promise to be able to switch items/parts in a product. However if you want something different than what we have pictured in a product, please contact us and if possible we will try to accommodate the custom product for you. Please remember that some of our products are one of a kind or only available in limited quantities so if you mostly love it as it’s show, buy it because when it’s gone, we may not be able to produce another!

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payment options are shown in your cart. We offer Square for credit/debit payments and can arrange for cash payments for local pick up orders.
